WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2001 The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut and a developer filed a lawsuit suit on Tuesday challenging stipulations placed an a golf course and resort the partners hope to construct. The tribe's holding company and the Daylar Group claim that a local commission has no authority to dictate certain environmental conditions.
