THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2001 Akwesasne Mohawk construction workers were first-hand and close-up witnesses to Tuesday's attack on the World Trade Center in New York City. The two hijacked planes which crashed into the complex flew right by a construction site where the workers were stationed at the 50th floor. About 100 Mohawk workers were at sites in New York City and New Jersey when the attack occurred. Get the Story:
