Jilted ex-boxer still fighting Oneida Nation

MONDAY, MAY 12, 2003 Former boxer Joe "Smokin' Joe" Frazier has appealed a decision that prevents him from suing the Oneida Nation of New York. Frazier alleges his name was unfairly associated with the tribe's casino. But a federal judge said the tribe was immunity from suit. Get the Story:
