JANUARY 25, 2001 Senate Minority Leader Dick Day on Wednesday said he would introduce legislation to create a state-owned casino, a proposal opposed by some tribes in the state. The casino would hand over 90 percent of profits to the state. It has been proposed by Nevada casino owner Dan Laughlin. Get the Story:
