DECEMBER 6, 2000 The regents of the Haskell Indian Nations University in Kansas are considering a proposal to help the school's independent foundation pay its more than $1 million debt. The regents are meeting today to discuss the proposal. It is seen as helping mend past disagreements between the school and the foundation. Get the Story:
