Would Secretary of Interior Gale Norton support a receiver being appointed to take care of the broken trust fund?

According to Denver Post bureau chief Bill McAllister, possibly. Officials have apparently suggested Norton may advocate an outside caretaker, writes McAllister in his most recent "Beltway Notebook" column.

Norton's lawyers have until November 15 to decide.
