In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians (OST) announces a request for public comments concerning the renewal of information collection authorizations. We will be submitting requests to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend authorizations for OMB Control Nos. 1035-0001, 1035-0002, and 1035-0003. These information collections allow us to collect documents associated with tribes withdrawing their funds held in trust and applying for technical assistance to withdraw funds under 25 CFR part 1200.
