Rival factions tie up Cheyenne-Arapaho business

Rival factions of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes have held up tribal business for much of the year but the situation isn't likely to improve.

Last week, a tribal judge ordered the business committee to meet. But council member Darrel Flyingman is ignoring the decision,

Flyingman and treasurer Robert Wilson are the minority on the committee. They oppose the majority's spending plans and their attempt to remove Wilson from office.

The tribe's spending is under investigation by the FBI.
