Researcher skeptical about claim on Geronimo

A researcher who uncovered a 1918 letter about Geronimo is skeptical that Yale University's secretive Skull and Bones society actually has the remains of the Apache leader.

Marc Wortman said the society may have looted the wrong grave at Fort Sill in Oklahoma, where Geronimo is buried. The Fort Sill historian also says the grave was not disturbed.

But some descendants of Geronimo and other Apaches want the issue settled. They aren't getting help from Yale or Skull and Bones, so they are seeking other ways to determine whether their ancestor's grave was desecrated.
