Hualapai Tribe disputes arbitration for Grand Canyon Skywalk

The Hualapai Tribe of Arizona is disputing claims that it will go to arbitration over the Grand Canyon Skywalk.

Developer David Jin said the American Arbitration Association has agreed to hear the dispute. But the tribe said there's no court order requiring it to do so.

The tribe says Jin hasn't lived up to his end of a contract to complete a visitor center at the popular Grand Canyon attraction. Jin says the tribe is trying to seize the business.
