The Senate Indian Affairs Committee will hold a listening session on Wednesday

The committee wants to hear from tribal leaders on a wide variety of economic development issues. Dual taxation, tax credits and the large employer mandate that is forcing some tribes to pay millions of dollars in tax penalties under the Affordable Care Act are some of the items on the agenda.

The session will take place at 4pm in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building.
