TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2002 The Sioux Falls Argus Leader wraps up its series on Native American athletes by focusing on what makes them succeed. The paper looks at Red Sky Zephier, a freshman at Si Tanka Huron University in South Dakota. He is one of seven, out of 10, Native newcomers to the school, which is owned by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Another topic is recruitment of athletes.
