The Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians is seeking to install a water pipeline for its casino in Temecula, California.
The line would irrigate the new golf course at the Pechanga Resort & Casino. The course is set to open in July.
The Rancho California Water District will consider an agreement to provide recycled water for the project. Some board members have raised concerns that the recycled water would elevate salt levels in the drinking water supply.
