Rikki Rockett, the drummer for the rock group Poison, is awaiting extradition for an alleged rape at the casino owned by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.
A Mississippi woman said Rockett, 46, assaulted her at the Silver Star Casino on September 23, 2007.
The incident allegedly took place in one of the hotel rooms at the casino.
Rockett, whose given name is Richard Ream, was arrested in Los Angeles and was booked and released.
