Dry Creek Rancheria in rush to pay off $200M casino debt

The Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians of California faces a November 1 deadline on $200 million in casino debt.

The tribe is trying to raise $205 million before the deadline. Analysts said the credit rating for River Rock Casino could be downgraded if the payment is missed.

The tribe has seen a drop in revenues amid the national recession.
