Another vote expected on Graton Rancheria gaming compact

The California Assembly is expected to vote today on a Class III gaming compact for the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria.

The Senate already approved the deal. If the Assembly does the same, it will be sent to the Bureau of Indian Affairs for final review.

Under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, the BIA has 45 days to consider the compact.
