Death on Pascua Yaqui Reservation a homicide

The death of the brother of chairwoman of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona is being treated as a homicide.

Gabriel Frias, 32, was shot and killed on New Year's Day. The FBI hasn't released much information about the incident amid the ongoing investigation.

Herminia Frias, 33, announced her brother's death on Monday. She is the first woman to lead the tribe.
