It's been three years since five-year-old Tamra Keepness went missing from her home in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Despite a massive search and more than 1,500 tips, no traces of Tamra have been found.
Meanwhile, police say key witnesses are refusing to cooperate.
Tamra and her family lived in a predominantly Native neighborhood in Regina.
