There are three Senate and House hearings of interest this week.
On Tuesday, the House Natural Resource Committee's Subcommittee On Water And Power holds a legislative hearing on
H.R.2733, the Trinity River Restoration Fund Act. Leaders of the Hoopa Valley Tribe and the Yurok Tribe, both of California, will testify [
