Mashantucket Tribe to develop Great Wolf resort

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut has reached an agreement to develop an indoor water park and hotel.

The tribe entered into a partnership with Great Wolf Resorts for the project. The tribe said the park would be located off the reservation in one of three neighboring towns.

The tribe hopes to bring in more families to the region. The water park would be open all year round.
