Filed Under: Law | Red Lake

Two men from the Red Lake Reservation in Minnesota have been charged in separate cases with sexual abuse of minors.

Donald Wayne Clark, 26, was indicted with one count of aggravated sexual abuse for allegedly having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl. Bryan Durrell Stately, 20, was charged with one count of abusive sexual contact of a minor girl who was 9 years old.

Minnesota is a Public Law 280 state but the Red Lake Reservation is exempted. The U.S. Attorney's Office is prosecuting the two cases.
