Snohomish Tribe expects fight on recognition

As it pursues a lawsuit over its lack of federal recognition, the Snohomish Tribe of Washington expects a fight from the Tulalip Tribes.

Snohomish descendants can enroll with the Tulalips. But Snohomish Chairman Michael Evans hopes the lawsuit will beef up his tribe's numbers.
