House Resource Committee markups this week

The
House Natural Resources Committee is marking up two Indian bills this week.
On Wednesday, the full committee will consider
H.R. 2801, a bill that affects a right-of-way for the Alaska Native village of King Cove. The bill is the only one on the agenda.
On Thursday, the Subcommittee on Water and Power will markup
H.R. 4841, a bill to settle the water rights claims of the
Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians of California. Two other bills are on the agenda.
