DJs who insulted Alaska Native women back on the air

Two Alaska radio DJs are back on the air today after making derogatory remarks about Alaska Native women.

Woody and Wilcox from KBFX 100.5 were suspended and ordered to undergo sensitivity training after making remarks about being at "real" Alaskan. "Have you made love to the Yukon River and peed in a Native woman?" one of the DJs said.

The DJs haven't publicly apologized but issued written apologies through the radio station. Some Alaska Native groups have pulled their advertising and the Alaska House voted to condemn the remarks.
