Neighbors link dog attacks to San Pasqual Reservation
The San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians can't be blamed for a series of dog attacks, Chairman Allen Lawson said.

Lawson believes wild dogs that have been dumped on the reservation are responsible for attacks on horses and dogs in neighboring communities. "This is going too far ---- blaming the reservation," he told The North County Times.

But nearby residents believe at least one dog belongs to someone who lives on the reservation. They spoke to the tribe's police department and identified a person who might be responsible but they say the tribe hasn't done anything about the situation.

The last attack occurred March 18.
