Obama to replace only Native US Attorney
President Barack Obama is on his way to replacing Diane Humetewa, the first Native woman to serve as U.S. Attorney.

Obama hasn't made a public announcement but members of Arizona's Congressional delegation say Dennis Burke, the former chief of staff to former governor. Janet Napolitano -- who now serves as Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security -- will be nominated as U.S. Attorney for Arizona.

Humetewa is a member of the Hopi Tribe. She worked for the Department of Justice and for the Senate Indian Affairs Committee prior to serving as U.S. Attorney.
