Four plead not guilty for Swinomish smoke shop
Four people pleaded not guilty in connection with the sale of tobacco products on the Swinomish Reservation in Washington.

Four members of the Wilbur family are accused of selling cigarettes without tax stamps. The family ran the Trading Post until it was raided in May 2007.

Federal prosecutors say the smoke shop sold at least $13 million in tobacco products and should have paid about $11 million in tobacco taxes.
