State to audit Navajo Nation air equipment
The New Mexico Environment Department will test air monitoring equipment on the Navajo Nation at the request of the tribe.

The state will conduct audits at five sites on the reservation to ensure the equipment is working properly. The test is done every year.

The audit will include two locations in New Mexico and three in Arizona.
