Murder charges for death of Rosebud Sioux man
The owner of a sushi bar in Denver, Colorado, has been charged with first-degree murder and first-degree assault in connection with the death of 29-year-old Lloyd Running Bear II, who was a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota.

Yan "Dave" Yang, 40, is accused of shooting Running Bear at Chopsticks & Sushi on October 22. Yang claims he shot Running Bear in self-defense.

Running Bear was a father of three. He is survived by his mother, father, four sisters and three nieces and nephews.
