Seminole Nation man hopes to regain custody of daughter
Jeff Larney, a member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, is closer to regaining full custody of his daughter.

Larney said he was granted temporary custody of his six-year-old daughter. He had alleged the Pottawatomie County Department of Human Services was violating the Indian Child Welfare Act by not contacting his tribe.

Larney and his fiance hope to learn whether they will get full custody next month.
