Families blame Tohono O'odham Nation for three drowning deaths
The families of three men who died on the Tohono O'odham Nation in Arizona have filed a lawsuit against the federal government.

Lester Antone, David Narcho and Harrington Narcho died in a flash flood on the reservation in August 2008. Their families say the tribe failed to place lights, barricades and warning signs at the site of a wash.

The lawsuit seeks damages for negligence.
