Judge finds First Nations man guilty of forcing woman out in cold
A man from the Sturgeon Lake First Nation of Saskatchewan was found guilty of an assault against his common-law wife.

Clifford Arnold Daniels repeatedly forced his wife to stand outside in freezing temperatures on Christmas Day, a judge ruled. When she went back inside, he assaulted her and dislocated her shoulder.

Daniels was found guilty of assault causing bodily harm, unlawful confinement and uttering threats.
