Dustin and Veronica Curley were at the Top Deck on March 17, 2012, when Dustin said he was attacked by bouncers. He was hospitalized for serious injuries and hasn't fully regained vision in his right eye.

Tyler Black, one of the bouncers, has been charged with felony assault. He is is scheduled to go to trial in March, The Farmington Daily Times reported.

Curley's brother, Justin, who was also injured, and his wife, are also suing the club, which has a history of violent incidents. Police responded to the club 270 times since May 2011, the Times reported.
