Authorities find radio legend Casey Kasem in Washington state

Authorities in Washington located radio and entertainment legend Casey Kasem on Wednesday.

Kasem, 82, was found at a friend's home in Port Orchard in Kitsap County, according to news reports. That's not in Indian Country as his daughter suspected but it's near a handful of reservations.

"We are grateful to the local authorities for finding my Dad," daughter Kerri Kasem said on Facebook. "We are one step closer to bringing him home."

Kasem suffers from Parkinson's disease and was being cared for in a facility in California before he was taken to Washington, presumably by his wife, sometime in the last week.
