Tribes gathered at the Coroa Vermelha reservation, about 500 miles northeast of Rio de Janeiro. Indian activists plan to hold counter demonstrations throughout the week. Ceremonies this Saturday will commerate the arrival of Portugese explorers in 1500. Get the Story:
