Zapatistas march to Mexico City

The Zapatista National Liberation Army, led by Subcomandante Marcos, continued their trek from the southern Mexican state of Chiapas to Mexico City, stopping in Oaxaca on Sunday.

The Zapatistas are making the journey to push for the passage of an Indian rights bill submitted by President Vicente Fox to Congress. It began on Saturday and is expected to conclude on March 11, where the Zapatistas plan on addressing Congress.
