MAY 3, 2001 Tribal leaders on Wednesday testified before the California Gambling Control Commission and called on the state to immediately release $40 million in casino contributed revenues to non-gaming tribes. But the commission says they can't start paying the money to about 50 non-gaming tribes until all tribes send in their accounting details.
