S.D. governor to address tribal college

TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2003 South Dakota Governor Mike Rounds (R) will be the keynote speaker for commencement ceremonies at Oglala Lakota College on the Pine Ridge Reservation. It is believed to be the first time that a governor has addressed a South Dakota tribal college. The school is graduating 142 students on June 22. Get the Story:
