Mohegan Tribe's fishery opposed

The Groton town council this week voted to oppose a proposal by the Mohegan Tribe to use federal waters in Connecticut for a fisheries business.

The town says the tribe's plans to place lobster and trapping equipment would limit access by fishermen, boaters, and scuba divers.
