Condit interview airs tonight

THURSDAY, AUGUST 23, 2001 Rep. Gary Condit (D-Calif.), embroiled in a scandal over his relationship with a missing former Washington intern, finally breaks his silence this week. Tonight ABC's Connie Chung will conduct an interview with Condit. The interview will air on the "Prime Time Live" program. Condit already conducted an interview with People magazine. The issue will be published tomorrow. Both interviews are described as having no restrictions on questions or content. Condit has also written a letter to consituents in California, saying he has had nothing to do with the disappearance of Chandry Levy, who has been missing since May. Get the Story:
