As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will issue an appealable decision to Chevak Company. The decision approves for conveyance the surface estate in the lands described below, pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (43 U.S.C. 1601, et seq.). These lands lie entirely within Public Land Orders 2213 and 4584, Clarence Rhodes National Wildlife Range now known as the Yukon Delta Wildlife Refuge. The subsurface estate will be reserved to the United States in the conveyance to Chevak Company.
