Questions: Did Esosa pay taxes on those shoes? How many millions of dollars in revenues are being lost on non-Indians who buy fashion on reservation in New York? Could the whole financial crisis have been avoided if tribes just followed "the law?" Can't wait for the next lawsuit to find out!
