Pawlenty says 'all' options on table for future gaming

Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty (R) said "all" options are on the table if tribes refuse to negotiate existing gaming compacts to give more revenues to the state.

Pawlenty did not say exactly what he would support. But proposals are being considered in the State Legislature to expand non-Indian gaming and to allow remote tribes to open a casino in the Twin Cities.

Tribes are criticizing Pawlenty for seeking to reopen the gaming agreements. Remote tribes and the Minnesota Indian Gaming Association say they shouldn't be forced to bail out the state.
