The Jicarilla Apache Nation of New Mexico says 25,000 people came to the tribe's new casino over the weekend.
The tribe opened the $4 million, 12,000-square-foot Apache Nugget Casino on Friday. It had been built in 1998 but financial problems delayed the opening.
The casino will employ 70 people.
