The Ho-Chunk Nation asked for arbitration to resolve its gaming compact dispute with the state of Wisconsin.
Among the issues in dispute is the tribe's desire to open at least one more casino, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. The tribe already has three facilities.
Also in dispute is a total of $60 million the state claims the tribe owes under the existing compact. The tribe says it never installed the Class III games authorized by the agreement.
