The Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians in northern California is seeking to open a second casino.

The tribe operates River Rock Casino, the only gaming facility in Sonoma County. Revenues there are up 30 percent, according to reports released by the tribe.

But with potential competition from other tribes seeking to open casinos in the Bay Area, the tribe filed a land-into-trust application for a second casino.
