Motorcycle stunt at Peoria Tribe casino ends in crash

Ed. Note: The Buffalo Run Casino, where the stunt took place, is run by the Peoria Tribe and located in Miami, Oklahoma. The Associated Press story incorrectly states the casino is owned by the Miami Tribe.

A motorcycle stunt at the casino owned by the Peoria Tribe of Oklahoma ended in a crash on Sunday.

No one was in the crowd was hurt but daredevil Trigger Gumm had to be taken to the hospital. An estimated 5,000 people gathered at the casino to see the stunt [Video].

Gumm holds the world record for a 277 1/2-foot jump. He was trying to jump 315 feet.
