Coushatta Tribe signs deal over Israeli skin care products at casino

The Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana will sell skin care products from an Israeli company at its casino.

The tribe hopes the deal with Aya Natural will generate additional revenues.

The tribe recently broke ground on a $60 million expansion of the Coushatta Casino Resort.
