Gaming firm presses for action in feud with Pojoaque Pueblo

A gaming management firm is accusing Pojoaque Pueblo in New Mexico of ignoring an order from its own court.

In December, Judge June Lorenzo ruled that the tribe didn't follow its gaming regulations when it terminated a contract with The Fine Point Group. The firm says the tribe has done nothing since the decision.

The tribe hired The Fine Point Group to manage the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino in November 2010. The relationship quickly turned sour and the firm was fired in March 2011.
