Siletz Tribes distribute $114K in casino funds with local groups

The Confederate Tribes of Siletz Indians shared about $114,000 in gaming funds with charities in Oregon.

This quarter, the Siletz Tribal Charitable Contribution Fund awarded grants to 39 groups. The checks were presented at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort last week.

The tribe has shared more than $7.8 million since 2001.
